Sometimes a management background is a great thing for a new entrepreneur and Peter Billard's background with two of Atlantic Canada's major providers of employee benefits provides a solid base of expertise for our clients. As Group Health Manager with Blue Cross of Atlantic Canada, Peter helped develop that company's managed health care product which provided employers with an innovative, cost effective way to deliver quality benefits to their employees. Peter attended Memorial University and is active in a number of civic and business organizations. Peter is the former Vice-President of the Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce as well as the Vice-Chair of the Buskers Festival Committee.
